As for richer countries like Canada, several of them have produced some of the best players in the world. But regardless of, which country they are from, the best players in the world dont play 5$ tournaments online. They play much higher stakes, because this is, where they can make some real money. So the Canadian players, you actually find in an online 5$ tournament, tend to be among the worst players at that limit.
