Generally, don't think, it is a good idea to categorize poker players based on the country they live - plenty pros live in foreign countries, like this guy.

Another thing, russia and ukraine definitely not producing high number of bad players, what the guy mentioned the standard of living, population, income. Obviously the top on the list should be one of those countries.

And - like many westernian - this guy also has no clue about eastern europe, only the incomes significantly lower, not the cost of the life, especially if you compare it to the income...  he still stuck in the 90s' propaganda about eastern europe. Those times've gone, especially with the union...

But he mentioned, he wanted to serve his followers with his private 'opinion'...  not providing any fact based, real information.... so it's okay....
