Once I heard from a communication trainer, that you can read peoples thoughts also by observing how they hold their head or shoulders. If they look away for example, they might be lying. If they turn their head slightly down to the side, they are interested. If they start touching their nose or face, they are unsure or also try to hide something. If they move up their shoulders, they feel uncomfortable. If they lay back to the chair, they are relaxed. Holding the hands or fingers together infront is showing concentration.
