Since the blinds never increase and you can reload, the focus is more on long-term decision making, deep stack play, and exploiting opponents over time. It’s also nice that you can leave the table whenever you want without worrying about losing your tournament life.

Personally, I also lean more toward tournaments. I enjoy the progression of the event and the possibility of turning a small buy-in into a big score. That said, I think playing some cash games can really help improve fundamentals like hand reading and post-flop play.
