I am doing that too. Believe, my game is improoving like this. I try to keep in good mood and saying positive things. I am being happy and results are coming.

If you play live poker just put headphones on. Online disable the chat window.

online I do not pay attention to chat...when playing live you can get stuck with some overly talkative people...some nice some just nuts...I just pay attention to my cards and bet sizes and leave to chat to others...other people's chatter does not bother me...I'm good at ignoring it...
