Tried to play poker with grandchildren

Today arrived home we were keeping the grandchildren’s 2- boys for a sleepover ! Tried to play a couple of tournaments trying to concentrate on the tournament and keep an eyes on the kids almost impossible you have to play relax! Was not a good idea not enough mind on the game 🤔!

LOL It looks like you won a more important game when you're lucky enough to have grand kids and have them over!! That's the best type of distraction by far.

Have a couple of young grandkids, just turned 4 & 2. When something comes up for my daughter or son in law, grandad to the rescue. Playing with girlfriends & then wives really doesn't prepare one for playing dolls, at least according to them. I have yet to find an activity that I can do & still keep up with them, but hey they are more interesting anyway.
By the way, I figure by the time each of em reach say 8 or 9, either of em will probably be able to kick my butt at poker.

Oh man. Kids can get into so much trouble while you mind is elsewhere. Re-think that as you son or daughter might not understand.

I agree with you. It is important to be focused during the game. But in general, the family should always come first.
