My trouble with partypoker

Earlier this week, i made £50 from £4 grinding... After a couple days break....

I logged onto my account to find that my balance is £0.00, i pop up support and spoke to a adviser they said I'm in debt of £250 and they took the £50 to take off that, i asked why and said i will have to phone support as he doesn't deal with my request. Immediately i was angry and decided to try and delete my account but i could only block it, still at the time i wasn't bothered i was just ripped off for £50 and they wanted more. Couple of days later i was told by email i owed the money due to a technical error and they accidently put a lump sum of money into my account. Ok, so I've now blocked my account and the only way of playing is to reactivate my account which today i was told they might not be able to do! I'm mad because its there error and they should of gave me a explanation before taking my money without my permission. I still haven't received this money but £250 is nothing, i want to give it back and still play but it seems they don't want to reactivate the account
