Yes there are more multi-tabling regs. playing the turbos and generally the better players will be playing them (referring to the $5-$20 range). hint- there are TONS of multi-tabling 'GOOD' regs. who play the $16's on Pokerstars.
 
I'd say it's actually easier to multi-table the turbos for the simple reason that you'll be in push/fold mode for half the game. If you know your +EV shoving ranges from the different positions based on differeing stack sizes than this takes very little time to make decisions.
 
Which would be more profitable? It depends (<-- lol). You can probably maintain a higher ROI on the regs. but won't get in as many games/hr. obviously. It'd likely all balance out. Some players don't know how to play the turbos so I think it also depends upon where you have experience &/or where you feel comfortable. Myself, I'll play the regs. for awhile & then will play the turbos for a couple of months, then none at all, lol.
