UltimateBet - Cheating Scandal 2008

As I played a game last night some players were holding a discussion about Ultimatebet Scandal. After watching the conversation I asked what they were talking about and their explaination was that UB (UltimateBet) let a group of players SEE ALL THE hands as they played. This resulted in what they discibed as a MILLION DOLLAR heist of Players money. I searched it out and sure enough I found out most of what they typed IS TRUE. This was amazing how PLAYERS figured it out and did something about it...

They are referring to Absoloute poker. The same network as UB.

They both got busted. It wasn't just AB it was UB too.

so is it safe to play at absolute poker? cuz i have some money there

My take on this is that it was employees doing the cheating and not the company itself. Supposedly the issues have been addressed and it is now safe.
