he should have gotten a warning for turning over his cards before action is complete but his hand is not dead unless he folds

i don't know why you turned over your cards, maybe idiot dealer asked you to? cards speak does not apply since action is not complete on the river. you should have been adamant in asking what the guy was doing first. even if guy was folding, why would you show your cards? if he folded, then you win the pot. you should have waited for the dealer to muck his cards, then tossed him yours
