Ups and Downs. What a rollercoaster ride!

What a day I've had at the tables! Here's how it went:

$20 (10-handed) SnG - 1st place WIN $84
$10 (6-handed) SnG - 2nd place WIN $18
$5 (10-handed) SnG - 1st place WIN $25
$3 (6-handed) SnG - 1st place WIN $12
$5 MTT (220 players approx) 12th place - WIN $10

OK, so minus all the buy-ins I reach late afternoon with about a $100 profit. For a low-limit player I AM ON FIRE!

I have a bit of a nap and it gets to late evening. This is now how it goes:

PKR

$10 (10-handed) SnG - LOSE $10

I take $50 to a 0.25/0.50 (6-handed) Cash Game. In 5 mins I'm dealt AK then AQ then get a flush on the river (which is beaten by a slightly higher flush). All these hands get busted. My buy-in is gone in 5 mins!! - LOSE $50

PARTY POKER

I take $40 to a Limit 0.50/1 (6-handed) Cash Game. On the last hand I get pocket 6s. I raise pre-flop, get 2 callers. I hit trip 6s on the flop; I raise on the flop, get 2 callers. I raise on turn and get 2 callers and then I raise on the river only to get check raised by someone who has hit a backdoor runner runner straight! - LOSE $30

I enter a $10 shootout tourney.

That's $100 won and then lost in 1 day! What a bleedin' muppet!!

Actually, for the record, that should be a $1/$2 6-handed cash game.

Sounds like the roller-coaster ride we're all riding.
