It is the 'Self-Exclusion' feature. It allows you to voluntarily ban yourself from playing, including play money if you'd like for any amount of time from 12 hours-180 days. Yesterday I had a rough day and even though it wasn't my fault, I decided to ban myself for 12 hours so I could cool down from the incident. Hopefully you guys use this feature when needed.
