Vs loose players and gamblers

In cash games I usually find myself playing with familiar opponents both live and online. Some play very loose and would just gamble go see if they hit. When playing these opponents you might see them play any thing at Any time. What would be the best strategy vs the players?

Don't bluff, value bet more hands than normal (e.g. 2nd/even 3rd pair), bet bigger in general.

Be prepared to get more suck outs. Get them to get miracule draws.
