In small print it says, "1/2 hour with any purchase". Since the inside restaurant is closed, we go to the drivethru. I say "If I buy something, can I get WiFi?" He says "What size FRIES?" I say "No, can I get the internet, if I buy something". He say yea, and I order a coke. Anyway, while we're sitting in line, my son picks up a strong network. We get on the site and see I'm down to 22K with 12 left. First hand back I get AQ OTB, push and pick up the blinds and antes. At this point I say Screw this and back out of the drivethru, into a parking space. Next hand I pick up K9, push and get called by A4s, hit a 9 and double up. Make the FT and pretty much fold and twice the SB folds to me, giving me his blind and the antes. Aggressive big stack is to my immediate left and he's stealing lot's of blinds. Down to 9BB I shove K8s OTB, big stack thinks and finally makes the call with KQo. I hit an 8 on the flop, flush draw on the turn, and go out of tournament in 6th, when a Q comes on the river. Start the car and head home. I ended cashing for $675 up from the $180 I would have gotten if we didn't go to McDonald's, but if I didn't lose the internet connection, who knows how it would've turned out.
