What are the best PL Omahi hi books out there?

TJ Cloutier has co written a book with ToM McEvoy called Omaha which is a great instructional. He gives you the basic fundamentals for the game and a deep insight to what problems you can encounter. But you must figure on reading it more than once as you grasp the info only by experiencing them in the game.

Pretty advanced, assumes you have a good grasp of the game already.
