Not so much a direct tips more a observation i have done under the years i have been playing.
Winning poker is made up by two factors.

X=skill. 100 is the best
Y=mindset.0 is the best
Z=total winnings
Z=X-Y

You can master the game theroetical and have 100 in X.
But if you are a total fish at the mindset (Y) and also had 100 here, then you would be a breakeven player

More likely is that you would be let's say around 50 in skill and then when you are a total sucker at the mindset part would you have a total of -50. And you would lose pretty bad.
A total newbie with 10 in skill could be in a good position if he had the perfect mindset, if he on the other hand would start out like me with lets say a poor skill, and then the worst possible mindset then you suddenly are a huge loser.
10-90=-80

WHat i am trying to say is that if you are a beginner and you are tilting bad, will you much faster see an overall increase in you winnings (Z) if you are able to stop the tilting. Thats because you will much faster improve in that area then in the actual skill part of the game.
