What defines a good poker day for you?

A good player knows dose , you know exactly when to attack or defend the pot, or even the time to retreat.

With the low Canadian dollar vs the US dollar my withdrawals are 25% - 30% increased.

I would say if I played solid I'm happy regardless. But typically I'll care less if I played large mtts all day as variance increases

Well I mostly play freerolls. I'm glad if I played well, got good cards, got to last until the late stages of the tournament or into the money.

Minimum return of 20% of my buy-in. I normally play HU PLO & have a current 44 straight session winning streak. If a player is really bad I will continue playing as long as he continues to rebuy.

I try to make every day a good day, regardless of the results at the table, but a good "poker day" is where I final table an MTT and finish with a positive balance.

I am only happy if i make a final table, with a top 3 finish. When i invest .minimal bad beats and it's a good day! 3rd place is good for 100 buy ins for the tourney i speak of.
