It is obviuos, that the main thing to do, when you are in tilt is to stop being in tilt :). But of course it's not that simple. So  I found for myself, that more reasonable would be trying not to start tilting. And I found that when I play and analyze what happening on the table aloud (not jsut in my head), then it becomes more natural when something is going wrong, I just understand that it can happen before in actually happens. It seems like it happens not to me personally, but to the game. As an example - when you are watching a someone's stream and they make difficult descision and before that they analyze that here we can lose etc, and then they really lose, you are not tilting right? Because you see it from the different perspective and when you are analyzing your game aloud then it becomes like so too.

I don't know if it makes any sense for someone, but I really found that usefull. My main thought that better not to start tilting, then trying to calm yourself down. Cheers ✌️
