It seems like it happens not to me personally, but to the game. As an example - when you are watching a someone's stream and they make difficult descision and before that they analyze that here we can lose etc, and then they really lose, you are not tilting right? Because you see it from the different perspective and when you are analyzing your game aloud then it becomes like so too.
