So I play as good as I can, and if I make the money, I am satisfied, I tried my best, If I win then sure I am ecstatic, being in 1st place is everyone's intention, but don't knock yourself out if you only finish 2nd or 3rd you must surely have doubled your buy-in, so you are still in profit.

I have gone on "Tilt" so many times in Cash games I barely can count on them, but I never buy-in for more than I can afford to lose, and if I lose everything I bought in for I go home, sleep on it and say there is always another game. I have seen some men win a small fortune playing Roulette, then go and lose it all in a cash Poker game, Why?  There is no sense in it.

It is the same when going to a Racetrack and losing a fortune on the horses, you always keep enough back for a taxi ride home!
