There are a huge number of
gambling people, and if these people also have money, then the government grabs their heads when they see how much money goes into gambling.
The USA is one of the first countries, which ban gambling in many areas i.e. casino, forex, betting, including because its citizens have a lot of money in their
hands, and the government does not like that people spend it this way. This does not conflict with the fact that you can see Americans everywhere, I had a strict regulation in the first place.
