I just play to have fun and hang with friends and family and go down to casinos and whip sum a$$ sometimes. I play couple times a week and need more but life gets in the way. Have fun and Good luck.

So this second response is an update? :dontknow:

Previously mentioned having 'similar aspirations' to the OP.

While that is true in some ways, it's also not entirely accurate.

My goal playing poker, in a roundabout way, is to save civilization* and the natural world on earth.

Obviously that goal can't be achieved purely and entirely by playing poker- but it might make a good stepping stone for Phase 1! :biggrin:

If it doesn't work I figure- what's to lose? :laugh:

Life is too short to worry too much about the money or accolades. I've learned that enjoying the journey is the main thing. Of course, winning tends to be a bit more enjoyable on average!

One of my goals is to get to $10K bankroll. Very hard to do when you start with $300. Farthest I've gotten is $7.5K bankroll.
