I don't use HM anymore, and really don't even play SnGs any more either, but from memory checking the Luck Adjusted Winnings box works exactly like checking the EV box in the left panel. I think if you uncheck that box you'll see your red line disappear from the graph. It's really just a graphical way of displaying what the EV check-box is displaying in the left panel. So, in the end, it means the same thing as all-in ev, or pretty close, and just shows your rungood in a different format.
 
What all this means is that, for the sample graphed, is if your hands won or were beaten by the expected percentages when the money went into the pot that you'd be more-or-less a break-even to slightly losing player at this point. Please note that, as with everything in SnGs, this swings wildly, too. Much of your redline is clearly positive and ascending. So it could be that you are a winning player who has hit a bad patch, or it could be that you were experiencing some positive varience early and are really much closer to a break-even player (assuming results turned-out as EV anticipated).
