we never realized the importance of making sure both of us know how to access everything that we have online until we were put in the predictament. sarah does most of the bill paying online and i never knew the id and password to get into our bank account. she deals with the money so i didnt worry about finding out what the account info was. i also had a little money on stars that she had no idea how to withdraw. i clicked the box to remember my id and password on stars so she didnt have much trouble with that, but as far as letting everyone at CC know what had happened it took a few weeks to remember that i was a member let alone my id and password. at first the only id that i could remember was JDs. i told her to just log in and look for Jack Daniels in dark blue. luckily she's involved in another forum that has kinda the same setup as CC so she did have some know how about how to send messeges and such (no she's not cheating on us and its not a poker forum lol).
