They block out 93% of light. I was able to wear them returning from an eye exam with dilated pupils. They really saved me, I could almost look at the sun. But they are not for indoors. I have a collection of vintage Revos in almost every shade of mirrored lens. These are all better for indoors. I really haven't played (outside of a home game) in years, but if I were to wear sunglasses at a casino table, I'd think mirrored lenses are a must. If you love your Oakleys, I think the fire or gold iridium would work better. [/QUOTE]
