It really can! Look at all the successful poker players in the world. Anything can make you successful in life if you put your heart into it and keep with it.

Poker can change your life in a few ways. It can make you addicted and gamble all your money away, that's the most negative way. Small winnings can give you a confidence boost in real life and some extra cash. Big winnings can change your lifestyle, you can choose where you live, buy most of what you want, and allow for any lifestyle you choose, if your winnings are big enough. Hopefully the last way happens for you.

The poker if you can change your life in many ways both in attitude of seeing things, and give you a psychological skill to study your opponents.
And of course if you can improve yourself as a good player and receive good income you can also change your current status.
I do not lose hope of earning a good tournament where my life a turn 360 degrees hehe ..

Poker is actually really live changing for a lot of people and can affect them in numerous ways. For me if hasn't been the most positive so I only go on special occasions but for others if you understand it well you can make a lot of money.
