It hasn't changed anything significant in my life. It has always been and is treated as a great addition that diversifies the everyday gray reality.

Poker is a fun and educational game, it has changed me a lot in the way I make my decisions, either in the game or in life, it has made me calmer and that hurts a lot!

When I started playing tournaments most Sundays at Foxwoods in 2018 my life changed in a few ways. I got to enjoy the pleasure of competition for the first time since I'd stopped shooting sporting clays tournaments in the early 2000s. I also got to meet, and get to know, a lot of nice people. The most important thing is that I had made a major change in my life at the same time, and my experience playing told me that I'd made the right decision. :)

It teachs me my limits, and how weak are my personality. For example when I lose I get frustrating and I have to learn how to control that feeling and not lose everything in one day

I would not say that poker has brought something bad into my life, but it has not changed my life for the better either. For now, it's just fun for me.
