But, then again. What size a field are you talking about. if you are talking 4000 that is a big difference than getting 80 in a field of 500.

I am pretty good about getting in the top 5% to 10%. in field of like 500-750. Even had have a few final table finishes. And one 2nd in a field of 800. although I think that was a fluke.

300 and smaller I can get to the final table about 1 in 10 tourneys. And in the money regularly.

Once the numbers get larger than 1000 I kind of fade off before hitting the money even if it the top 10% is paid. But, most of those are the in the range of 2500 and up.

Not to many in the 1000 range.

I have been playing regularly for about 2 years. And I am beginning to wonder whether I am not wasting my time with 1/2 2/4 and 5/10 cent limits. Seems like I am banging my head against the wall for the most part.

Oddly, I seem to do better with more solid players. I suppose it is because you can use more of your skills on them than calling stations or maniacs.

The actually will fold a j8 off. And making a big raise with a strong hand can push out the draws and 2 pairs because it is to expensive oddswise.
