What state is it legal to gamble online?

The title says it all. I am looking to move to a new state as I am officially retired and want to know what states are legal for online gambling.

And Deleware, however in the next few years - ALL of them, except Kentucky But this applies for poker only, casino style gaming online is a whole different story...what you want to look for are states that allow outside users - Michigan and Iowa will for sure, and I think it will start a wave and nationally we will be able to play the world again
