What is the worst time and day to play poker?

For me it is very simple. when you are in good physical and mental shape and have enough free time - it is good time for poker no matter what time of the day or night it is. Otherwise it is not good time.

I don't mind outside noise, neighbours, music. If I'm in the mood, I'll play anywhere, even in a park or on a train. But you should not play when you are tired, impatient or nervous.

When you are tired or in a bad mood, those are the worst days to play.

If you're talking about live poker though, a lot of rooms have no good action unless its the weekend.
