caps. cardholder. glasses. mascot-likey jewel. toothpick. gold coin... etc....

On the table, just my smart phone and glasses, but I always bring a backpack with me to carry a light jacket (sometimes it gets cold in the casino), a knitted or baseball cap. I always have mints, gum, mouthwash, eye drops, extra battery for smart phone. I always hated keeping change and house keys in my pockets, so I put those in my backpack as well.

My stuffed blue smurf. Considering I play in a local room where everyone pretty much knows everyone and the tables are all regs, no one minds and it's usually funny for the first few hours. Then the novelty wears off so I just stuff him back in my pocket and he watches the action from there. Kind of a good luck charm
