People going all-in on terrible hands are just trying to get lucky a few times to build a chip lead. They don't want to play if they don't double up a few times.

As far as the listed location, you have to tell the site if you want to publish it.  A lot of the strange looking locations are simply cities and countries you may not be familiar with. And they probably don't chat back because they don't speak English. I'm sure a computer could be programmed to chat if it could play poker. Look at Siri for iPhone. She chats and responds to questions.

Last night I saw a player whose location was listed as Lukovit, BG win a freeroll. I was curious where that might be, so I googled it. Lukovit is a small town in Bulgaria, and the player was super aggressive and, at times, super lucky, but definitely human!
