What’s your go-to hand to 3-bet bluff with?

For me, it's not my hand that matters, but who my opponent is. I only bluff against those who are clear to me.

Lately I've been experimenting with 3-bet bluffing using hands like J9s or T9s — they have decent post-flop equity when they connect with the board and help me keep a balanced image.
Do you adjust your bluffing frequency depending on the opponent or board texture? Or do you stick to a defined range in standard spots?
