Flop TPTK + NFD, turn brings in the NF, "All in", get called and the river binks a flopped Bottom Two. Pocket aces, kings, queens, jacks -- all shot down by either hideous run-outs or nasty rivers. I've seen it all, and there isn't a damn thing you can do about the cards. However, you can reload and not let it get to you. Sooner or later, Lady Luck will tire of tormenting you especially if you keep yourself off tilt and remember that the fish didn't take your money. They took out a temporary loan and they will pay you back with interest. They will, oh yes they will. If you do this, then you make it a self fulfilling prophecy. It's nice to have Pocket Rockets, but there are flops that reduce that hand to a very marginal one. There are times when you just have to let it go. [/QUOTE]
