Another person who folds would jump up and down, scream loud ( as if they had part of the flop) or other indications representing they fold the best hand. I hate when this takes place because now the other player and me that are in this hand has an element of bluffing taken away or now we know that a number of outs nolonger exist. Anyway you put it , it effects the game in a major way. How would you go by taking care of this problem. Would you set a penalty, and if so What would it be?
