The top seven on this year's list appear above.  Interesting to note that Gus Hansen doesn't appear twice though - he may be up this year, but it demonstrates what the swings in his game can be like.
 
Antonius (FinddaGrind) makes it in at #10 under his old username, suggesting you can probably expect his new name to eventually wind up on the biggest winners list.
 
Also interesting is that Niki Jedlicka (KaiBuxxe) is #6 on this list, but his new name is #5 on the biggest losers since January 2007 list as well at -$2.186.883,24.
 
HighStakesDB doesn't track PokerStars games (or Party / Ultimate Bet / etc) so this is basically a list of who's won bit on Full Tilt - I don't think any of the other sites really offer nosebleed action anyway though?
