But lets see if I can recall what I have done, won my first freeroll and of all things playing stud poker online. Won about 3 freerolls online at hold-em. Ranging from 500 players to 1000. Even touched on a few sit and go's. I have won a turbo tournament and that was a blast because of the speed of the blinds. While doing on that and reading, studying the game and losing the money from the freerolls I made. I took 2.00 dollars on the micro limit tables and turned that around to 36.00 which I had to stop once that law came into effect about USA. Right before that law took effect I was running a tournament point system on this forum. I had already run 1 point system tournament and was into my 2nd when the law came into effect. So yes in essence I was consitantly working on my game. As slow as it may have been, I was actually starting to get better. Plus playing live micro limits I was also making a small profit, around 30 dollars. I have made 1 final table live in a tourney while almost making another but that was due to poor play from playing drunk. Not an excuse but that is the reason non the less. So yes I may not have made the bukko bucks but I was becoming a formidable player. All thanks to reading, this forum, studying play and continually playing. I couldn't learn if I wasn't playing because to me playing was a good form of constantly practicing and getting better. Now I will humble myself and if any of you now wish to slice and dice that, you can go right ahead. Polk is a cash player and admittingly very good at what he does. I will leave you at that but agreed he won his 3rd bracelet by the skin of his teeth and got lucky.
