Why aren't there tourneys open to just men?

I see a lot of ladies tournaments but I never saw a men's exclusive tourney. What is the deal?

Ummm probably because Men outnumber Women like 10-1 or more when it comes to tournaments usually.....

LOL too true....actually you could argue that having women only tournies suggests you girls aren't good enough to compete against men. That could be considered discriminatory if you chose to look at it that way.

Nah we have women only tournaments because we are special. And you cant believe for a min that who plays those are just women. If you believe that then I have a property in Florida Id like to sell. Really I do.

Unjustified serious answer: because there's no such thing as women-only poker tournaments either, as evidenced by the bloke who made the final table if the wsop Ladies Event last year.

Face it: the average poker tournament is a sausage-fest anyway. Question is why you would WANT a men-only tournament.
