For you to even ask this question leads me to the assumption that you're probably not a big winning player, so I'm highly doubtful you would sustain an equal or higher HU winrate since it generally requires more skill to play well.  OTOH 6-tabling 6-max requires some decent skill to bring in a solid winrate too.  I would choose which one you're best it, because it's doubtful that you're equally skilled at both (very few of us are).  Also note that when multi-tabling, your bb/100 should drop but your bb/hour should increase enough to more than compensate.  If not, then you're not prepared to be playing that many tables yet.

Now if what you call "more money" is clearing points and bonuses and RB faster, then maybe more hands = more money for you, but if you lose more playing the faster format then you're not doing yourself any favors.
