I'm in Cleveland also, I have a suggestion for you. I belong to a poker group that plays in peoples homes, we are very strict on rules and have very good structures for our tournaments. My suggestion is to goto the link and sign up find a posted game (there are only a couple right now) and sign up and contact the host about entry. Our hosts are particular about who they allow in their homes, they will ask for some info and then give you address.

The reason I suggest this is because 
A) you can learn the the rules so as not to show this is your first time in a casino.
B) Our games range between $40-$200 for tournaments and $.25-$.25 to $1-$2 with no rake EVER.

This will get you comfortable with playing live before making the jump to a casino. I will also tell you to stay away from the tournaments at the Horseshoe they have HORRIBLE structures for to much money its bingo not poker.
