I don't know about puzzles, I never play them, but I imagine it would help. Personally, I play chess as an exercise

It helps to exercise the brain but it is still a different game to the one we play. It would not help in every aspect of poker but it might help in some aspects of the game.

I don't think so. It has no link between making decision in poker. It's like you're only training weights for strengthen your arms, body to compete at MMA. You don't improve for fights.

I don't see why it wouldn't. I mean it couldn't hurt. Anything that stimulates your brain helps your your thinking process right. So even if it don't help your game, it could in your every day.
