Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for handling it in such a professional manner. We run a clean site and don't put up with this kind of stuff.
 
This has actually helped us, in a way. We'll now use COPYSCAPE on our newsletter content BEFORE we ever send it out in the future, so this kind of stuff can't sneak past us. We're a relatively young organization (having just launched in February), so I guess these are just normal growing pains... (but painful nevertheless).

The page no longer displays the article, and I am confident that he will be a little more careful in the future about checking out people's sources (especially after dealing with all of us :D).  All in all, I'm pleased with how this has turned out.
