Hey Everyone,

So they are finally airing the WSOPE Main Event on ESPN... saw it this past Sunday Night... and a few on Monday...

it's just impressive the bad beats and donkey plays you see... it's just insane... like the 10 2 all in that Scott Fischman did against K K...

what are your favorite moments, and worst bad beats?

don't want to spoil it for you... but John Juanda wins the whole thing...

I haven`t seen the coverage, but it sounds like typical TV poker.

They film days of solid play and then edit it all out to leave just the bizarre moments. :rolleyes:

I saw the Fischman play and laughed my but off. The look on the other guys face was like WHAT? I think that there are always these sorts of moves. They just so happen to catch them and air them because, let's admit it, that's good TV. Bad poker. My favorite one, though, was Phil Laak with his 5-8 Diamonds getting that one outter on the river for the straight flush. Crazy!

We really owe a lot to these TV editors, tbh. Fishes would probably not be as bad as they are without TV poker... :D

What I find the most impressive thing on this, is that Ivan Demidov made BOTH wsop Main Event Finaltables in same year.. just.. WOW.. that guy runs like jeeeeesus !! :D
