Also I believe that as you go higher up the aggression required goes up. When the biggest mistake your opponents make is calling too much, the goal is to make a big hand and stack it. I can do that a lot easier than having to make a ton of moves and re-steals and such that I'm sure happen a lot more at the upper levels. For example Chris posted a "standard" hand where QQ lost stacking preflop. At 100nl that's almost always (99% of the time) AA/KK that's stacking, once in a while AK, so pretty much -ev to stack QQ preflop at 100nl imo. 200nl I was starting to see a lot more moves that may have made stacking QQ profitable and I've heard 400nl is the biggest jump. So at the limits he's playing, as well as the fact that it's 6max, he probably has a lot more decisions to make in the same amount of time. As I mentioned, I wasn't 18-tabling 200nl when I moved up and I'll almost definitely cut down if I do ever get up to 400nl. But at the micros when the goal is build big pots with big hands and don't bluff much (only real bluffing pattern required is just the cbet), I don't think 18-tabling is having a huge effect on my winrate.
