Here is why: Jacky asked how much opponent had. Opponent said, '50K'. Jacky bets 50K. Opponent shoves all their chips in and says 'I call.' Opponent is calling the initial 50K bet by Jacky, not shoving all-in. Thus the 2.5K extra doesn't matter. Opponent keeps that and Jacky wins. On top of that, the opponent did 2 actions with shoving in all their chips and then calling. The dealer should've taken note of that and said it was an all in and then given Jacky the correct count.
