Have you been in this situation? You are playing on line, you muck your cards, and when the flop goes down, you have an overwhelming desire to peek at your folded cards. The problem : You are losing or have lost your concentration. The solution : Give the numerical value of each card some tangible meaning. For example; you are dealt 4 K, call the 4 a 'door', the King is simply a King. Visualize a king knocking on a door, and you won't forget them. The suits are self evident and can be added easily. Make up your own names for each card value, do this and you'll never forget your hole cards ever again. I hope that this has been some help.
