well I do several activities during the day to keep my neoronios suitable when I play poker, or another game that I have to take care of, I only stress if there is someone on the side distracting me, then the cow goes to the marsh

I'm not focused only on play poker all day. I focused on my current work (problem).

Maybe your advice is working, I take note it.
