Figured some pretty funny and amazing stuff happens while playing poker thought I would start a thread where you could share your most unforgettable Poker Moment for others to enjoy. Here is Mine I have been playing poker on and off since I was 15 years old. My most vivid memory is when I was playing at the Silver Nugget Casino in North Las Vegas. They had a very small card room 2 tables. There were usually the regs sitting there on 1 table insulting each other because they knew their chances of winning any real money against each other was slim But on the weekends sometimes they would bring in a third table to handle the massive crowd lol. Any ways one night I was sitting there talking to the Card Room Manager/Bus Boy/ General Manager/Hostess/Dealer lol She had a lot of shoes to fill. I was asking her as I and all the other regs there did to put us on certain tables. I was requesting I be put on the table that had this lady that was dressed like Margaret Thatcher along with her there was an elderly Cowboy and a couple real nervous looking out of towners. The tabled looked ripe and I wanted a seat and was given one. About 15 minutes after I sit down Margaret Thatcher whips out this Cigar that I swear was as big as her arm. I was just getting my reads down pretty good on these guys when this happened. She fired that stogie up took a big ole puff leaned back in her chair turned her head to the right and blew a huge cloud of smoke into the Cowboys Face. His whole dam head was covered in smoke so thick you couldn't even see him from his chest up. Every one at the table looked at her in awe with their jaws dropped. It took him about 3 seconds to realize he couldn't breathe. He jumped up like a Jack Rabbit that had just been shot at He yelled something at first I don't recall exactly what it was but then He looked at her and said these words I will never forget "You put that #^%$ *&#@ (*)% ###$$$ ()() #^&$***%$# You will never be able to pull it out!!!!!" All at once the lady jumped up grabbed her Martini or whatever the hell she was drinking and splashed it all over him. The only thing I remember going through my mind was dam this is going to ruin the game. Please kiss and make up so I can take your money please. That didn't happen it turned into a fist fight/Slap fight/Hair pulling knock down brawl. To see this old cowboy punching Margaret Thatcher repeatedly in the face while she was screeching and clawing at his face with 1 inch nails was too much for me to handle. I jumped in and tried to hold the cowboy back and a few other people did the same till Security security came but the whole time we were holding them they were swinging and clawing away. After that pretty much the game was ruined the few out of towners that had ventured into North Vegas quickly disappeared back to the safety of down town or the strip and it was just a few of the regs hanging out mainly rehashing the whole incident over and over playing their 3 hands an hour while getting free drinks and earning comp points. That I will never ever forget.
