“In poker the hardest thing for me is maintaining patience. I often hurry into the game and make unnecessary bluffs, which end up costing me. Now I’m trying to fold more hands and only play when I feel I have a good chance. How do you all learn to keep patience during play?”

Poker is very much about patience. You won't always get a good hand to play. So it's normal to fold more often than to raise/call to see the flop.

Discipline and perseverance are key.

It’s tough to sit through dry stretches, but that’s exactly what separates the grinders from the gamblers.
Try to find the right mix for your style of play.

I play freerolls often to get that feeling regularly, and then I think it's a normal thing that we all experience in games.

I try to deal with it by reminding myself that poker is a long-term game, not something to win in one orbit. If I feel like I’m forcing too many hands, I take a short break, breathe, or even step away from the computer for a few minutes. Staying focused on making good decisions instead of chasing action helps me calm down. For me, patience is like a muscle — the more I practice it, the stronger it gets.

EAnd poker is a game where you have to have a lot of patience to play online. I tried listening to music or playing other tables so that this doesn't happen.

Keeping your mind calm for a long time requires too much concentration and that is trained, perhaps you should research such as from the psychological side, to hypnosis

Maintaining patience in poker comes from understanding that the game is long-term, each hand is just a step and controlling emotions helps you make better decisions.

If it is online, I believe it is not a big problem - just add more tables - you foucus only on those you have some interesting cards, folding the rest.

Life can be a bit more tricky - my advice is treat hands you do not play as an ocassion of gaining free info about other players - observe carefully, try to find anything that could be important, memorise, try to guess their hands etc...
