What’s best for grinding? Cash or tournament?

Cash and Mtts are very different, cash is typically played deeper and is more of a post flop game and Mtts are usually shallower stacked and are more of a pre flop game. Cash doesnt have ICM considerations and Mtts are based on ICM. You are committed to a Mtt ie you just cant leave before the tourney is over without losing your money, but in cash you can leave when ever you want.
