Sorry I know this or similar was probably already asked in the forum.

When I try to find information online I can't find clear statements.

What Poker Softwares are legal/allowed for Florida residents to play on them? (If any)

you can try bovada/bodog.
I use to play on it when I use to live in USA, and if you withdraw from them, then you will get check really fast, never had problems with Bodog/Bovada.
I think you can deposit and withdraw via Bitcoin now, if I am not mistaken.

Bovada / Bodog / Ignition have a long history of reliable payouts. It's an enterprise of dubious legality, but that is true of every offshore room serving the USA.

Stick to ACR they are the only ones who are completely open about investigations and legality of their RNG and payment methods. They are the ones that made real deals with the US senators to get legalized, the others are leeches on the avenue of business that ACR pioneered.

ACR is the legit US-friendly poker room and that is end of discussion.

Bet365 and PokerStars both have 'naked RNG' as in they've both exposed every single step of their RNG to the auditors etc and allowed people to investigate at will. Both of them have had 2 different auditing companies legislate their RNG whereas almost all competitors have only one.

So, ACR isn't on the level of integrity of Bet265 or PS but it is very close. This is why I will never say ACR, 888 or PP is rigged because they are not. They have the full legality.

ACR has openly explained the legality of its RNG as well as having clear channels via which to sue specific people in the company if it tries to cheat you form a withdrawal even via somethign as untraceable as bitcoin.

BOL and the Ignition clan have NO open documentation AT ALL and NO explanation of who to sue or a support team who will help you if your withdrawal gets 'lost' or fails.

You are playing with very corrupt and unfightable criminals who can get away with murder due to how rich they are in the countries they are based in.

ACR is the only one that is honest and open and the lack of openness is what the threat is with the other rooms.

Ignition has changed its company name 3 times to make suing them severely difficult is the crime's duration has been spread across their other names.

More completely unfounded assertions. Good luck suing in Costa Rica, ACR's home country. It's a see no evil, hear no evil policy there, as shown by the handling of the 5Dimes case. (Link is in Spanish)

BOL and SportsBetting's Chico Poker Network has a checkered past, but has been paying reliably for several years. I don't play there, except for CC freerolls, because Ignition and ACR are enough for me. But I wouldn't hesitate to play there.

All of these offshore sites are essentially unregulated, and players have very little recourse if things go badly. When (if) my balances go over $1000, I make a withdrawal.

I seek help from who? Therapists are flawed humans just like you, they can be even more insane than you.

Some therapists have been arrested for encouraging suicidal patients to kill themselves. You never know what a therapist's real intentions are. That being said I have actually talked to a few psychiatrists and have been diagnosed with ADD, Depression and Asperger's Syndrome but never with paranoia or insanity of any sort.

Okay. Twenty years from now only ACR will be left standing as its software and integrity is good enough to compete even with 888 and 888 is software-quality-wise on par with PS which is the market's benchmark of excellence.

All other America-friendly sites will have eroded into pulp.

I'm glad to hear you have been in touch with psychiatrists. I have depression myself.

ACR's software was frozen in time for about a decade, but they have been making improvements over the last two years.

I don't trust any of these grey market offshore sites to stick around. But they and Bovada / Ignition have always acted with integrity towards players, to the best of my knowledge.

I'm mostly an SNG player, where the tables are also anonymous. I've withdrawn about $4k in profits from Ignition this year. So I guess I must be in on the conspiracy.

ACR/WPN seems legit but lots of nitty bonus/rakeback grinders and bots there. But does have rakeback.

Bovada/Bodog/Ignition even though their software has taken a nose dive was reliable for payouts as recently as this time last year. (I have a May 2016 check from them which cashed no issues). But no rakeback.

Intertops is often overlooked but is solid, accepts Bitcoin, their check cashout fee is a bit high but nothing absurd, software is dated but smooth. Has rakeback too.

IMO Bovada/Bodog/Ignition is best for freezeout (aka normal) MTTs while Intertops and ACR are probably best for cash games (although ACR has better MTTs than Intertops but Intertops is more rec player based than ACR in cash games).

Bovada/Bodog/Ignition probably has the highest traffic followed by ACR and then Intertops but you sacrifice player notes, usernames, and rakeback for that traffic.
